LED Garment for college project....pleeeeease help

Hi Everyone, this is my very first post and i need your advice or suggestions please.

I need to make a garment/dress with LED Lights incorporated , but the only lightS i can find on google is turbine lights for cars, bicycles etc.

Please could you advice me on where i could buy light from, preferablly Wind Powered lights. thankyou very much in advance <3

I'm not sure about the wind powered aspect (that would need to be a separate piece of hardware to harvest wind/energy) but a great place to buy LEDs is Electronic Goldmine. Good luck with your project!

Though it's not really wearable, here is an interesting tutorial on powering an LED using an old VCR and pinwheel from Instructables
