Residents "Talking Light" Performance - LED jacket?

I just saw the Residents play in Chicago and noticed that for the encore, the singer donned a fake fur jacket that lit up, presumably with LEDs, some blinking and some not.  Just curious as to whether anyone knows who made the jacket.  Couldn't find any info online or on their website.  thanks!

I think you can still find one on Ebay for about $800.00 USD. The gentleman that made it is selling them.
