A high fashion men's outfit that functions as a music/dj controller.
A cooperation between me as a fashion designer and beorn lebenstedt(aka NEWK) that created the technology and made the music for this piece.
The suit is inspired by the scratching sound of a zipper and jungle/breakcore music.
We wanted to create a fashion outfit for men (that is not done so often) and not make it cliche technical looking, so all the wires are put away underneath hundreds of hand crafted silk/polyester wires and custom made golden zippers.
The zipper top carries the function of the suit by pulling the zipper up end down you can change the volume,mix in sounds etc...
The jacket is made from black leather/rubber and details of black silk/polyester wires
This photo is made at the exhibition Technosensual in Vienna, the place where the suit is created during a Artist and residency and will be exhibit until the 2nd of September 2012 .
