Its a bit hard to see much in the pics or video. Looks like rhinestones (or equiv) and blue leds. The video spends a lot of time doing ken burns efx on stills, side view videos of model (obscuring necklace) , foodie vid shots and gives only about 2 sec of video showing the animated necklace full on.  I wish they had spent less time trying to be artistic in videos and impart more information... some closeup macro shots of the front and wiring sides, etc.  Still looks pretty.
