I think everybody agrees that electrical connections are one of the biggest problems of wearable technology. This is why, at Plugandwear, we are concentrating in solving some aspects of this problem. There is nothing more frustrating than a project that doesn't want to work due to a bad connection!

Our textile push buttons were no different: very diffcult to connect. It required good practice in sewing, the use of conductive thread, and sometimes the knots made with conductive thread were getting loose, thus creating electrical problems.

Our improved version of Textile Push Button hopefully solved this kind of hassles. It has one electrical conductive area on each end of the button, where you can connect an electrical wire by sewing or by crimping the wire with a fastener.

We hope you will like this new version and would welcome comments and suggestions to improve it further!
